Situated in the centre of the capital city, the theatre has been newly refurbished and is now fitted with air conditioning. The top floor has been designated for the use of civil ceremonies every Tuesday and Thursday between 12:00 and 14:00.

The Vice Mayor of Argostoli will conduct the ceremony and Marriage Certificates will be obtained from the Registry Office in Argostoli within forty days of the ceremony.
