Mrs Evangelia is the proud owner of this modern, spacious block of 8 studios and one family apartment.  It is only three years old and has developed a little more each year until the garden is now well established.

Five minutes drive from Trapezaki beach, the studios have been built among the trees of an olive grove, accessed by a small gravel track with no through traffic, so you are definitely assured of peace and quiet. There are studios on all three floors and the apartment is on the ground floor.  Most studios have two single beds but there are a few with doubles so please let us know your preference.

Studios

As you enter your studio you will find a well equipped kitchen with electric kettle, two hot rings, fridge and cupboards with all you need in the way of cooking utensils, and a wooden table and chairs.

The floor tiles have an attractive green fleck and this has been picked out in the bed spreads and curtains. Doors lead out onto a good sized balcony with a nice view of the sea.  There is also a shower room with toilet and hot water available all day. Maid service is twice a week when sheets and towels are changed.

Apartment

The only apartment is on the ground floor with a front patio / sitting area facing the lawned garden where children may play safely.  On entering you’ll find yourself in the sitting room where both the sofa and chair may become beds if necessary.  You may prepare your meals in the full sized kitchen, and have them in comfort sitting at the large table.  The cupboards are an attractive green, the oven is full sized as is the fridge /freezer.

In the bathroom there is a bath tub, toilet, hand basin and vanity unit.

Along one wall of the bedroom is a wooden fitted wardrobe and dressing table and each side of the double bed are bed side tables.
