Many thoughts will be passing through your mind as you sweep up the drive towards Loukia Villa but nothing will prepare you for all the wonders that are awaiting you inside.

On opening the door you enter a unique dream villa, in which everything has been hand picked with thought and care by Danny and Audrey, the owners. A stone spiral staircase leads up to the relaxing sitting room, which features leather sofas, colour TV, stereo system and casual chairs for lounging around and feasting on the sea views.

  • The ‘Thomas Suite’ a double-bedded room with fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture of deep chestnut and en-suite shower room and WC.
  • In the ‘Grace Suite’ are two single beds in duck egg blue with matching bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe.
  • En-suite facilities are also available in the ‘Dorothea Suite’ which features unusual ‘sledge-shaped’ double bed in distressed cream, with fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture.
  • The ‘Savvas Suite’ is the largest of the bedrooms and has a double bed. Chaise Lon and easy chair for unwinding looking out over the sea, fitted wardrobes, bedroom furniture and en-suite shower room / toilet.
  • Set apart from the main room downstairs, is the ‘Gerasimos Honeymoon Suite’ with a fairy tale four poster bed, and the there is an en-suite bathroom in dark grey marble, which features a romantic heart shaped bathtub!

All upstairs bedrooms lead out onto a large balcony to savour the sea or mountain views.

Downstairs, at the entrance to the magnificent dining/sitting room there is a large cloakroom and WC. On this floor you will also find a utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board, small fridge freezer and microwave oven.

The kitchen, designed by a local carpenter, is handmade from mahogany which has been finished to show off the natural grain of the wood, and features a dishwasher, freezer, fridge, and a split oven with ceramic hob. In the centre of the room is the piece de rĂ©sistance – a glass topped marble table with carved statues underneath.

Heavy double doors lead to a split level dining/sitting room, where the first thing you see is a solid hand carved oak dining table and chairs. A grand piano sits quietly in the corner waiting for someone to bring it to life, and the room also features chocolate brown sofas and a carved oak writing desk. The balcony doors take you down to the two-tiered swimming pool, sun area and barbecue. The pool has plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and there is the relaxing sound of the water trickling down from the top pool to the one below.

Candlesticks, carved mirrors, Persian rugs, and cherub light fittings are just some of the personal touches that Audrey and Danny have added to the villa showing their love for this spectacular property.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, and hot water is available all day. There is also a daily maid service.

We can also arrange for a fully catered wedding reception around the pool.

Car hire is highly recommended.
