Villa Rula is in a quiet location off the beach road, on the outskirts of the village of Spartia, in the Livathos region, not far from the island's capital, Argostoli. Set in an olive grove, there are with views of the beautiful Ionian Sea, Zakynthos and, on a clear day, glimpses of mainland Greece. The beach is within walking distance and once there you may spoil yourself with a long cold drink and a meal at one of the two lovely tavernas.

Reached by a private road, Villa Rula has a patio and large garden. Unusually for Greece, the garden includes a large lawn. There is a covered eating area, a BBQ, plenty of seating and lounging areas and a marble-edged infinity pool. A small (up to ten guests) private wedding reception could be held here.

Upstairs the villa has a bathroom, three bedrooms, and balconies looking out over the sea, the mountains and the village. Downstairs there is a large lounge with reading area, fully fitted kitchen, toilet and a superb dining room which has views out to Mount Ainos and the sea.

The honeymoon suite has an en-suite bathroom and a lovely balcony with romantic sea views. This very modern and prestige villa sleeps six and can be appreciated by anyone looking for the finer things in life.
